Keuka Family Practice is a group of family practice specialists whose goal is to provide the very best, comprehensive healthcare in a family centered, team approach.  We strive to provide friendly, cost effective, timely, courteous service to all our patients, their families and all who come in contact with our practice.  To this end, we have assembled a team of individuals who take pride and enjoy providing friendly, professional service to our patients.

With this second wave of infections on the rise, we are as always committed to keeping our patients safe during this time of coronavirus pandemic.  We are cleaning/disinfecting every exam room and bathroom after every patient.   When you arrive, come inside to registration.  Please arrive 10-15 mins prior to your scheduled appointment.  We are asking that you come alone unless you need one person to assist you (or you are bringing a child). IF YOU NEED A MASK, PLEASE CALL BEFORE COMING INSIDE. 

You will be required to wear a mask the entire time you are inside our office.

We currently provide a 7:45 AM appointment for acute or routine visits based on patient preference or need  (prior to our normal business hours) Please ask about those appointments if needed.

We are now using TalkSoft  (automated system)  to confirm your appointments.  Please be sure we have your correct phone number, cell number & email.  You will get a confirmation via TEXT, EMAIL, & PHONE CALL.

Driving Directions:

Take State Route 54 to Ira Davenport Memorial Hospital (halfway between Bath and Hammondsport). We are in the Keuka Medical Arts Building (brown building at the far end of the parking lot).
